A throwback to the quintessential New York City dining experience of the 1930’s & 40’s, with a modern approach. Enjoy expertly curated wines, spirits and specialty cocktails.

Located in the heart of Westman Village in Mahogany, we are Calgary's favourite venue for live jazz, dancing, amazing food and drinks.

We are open Tuesday to Thursday at 5:00pm until late Friday to Sunday at 4:00pm to late with live entertainment every night. Come enjoy our Sunday Jazzy Brunch 10:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy our fabulous Happy Hour from Tuesday to Thursday 5:00pm to 6:00pm and Friday to Sunday 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

    Incredible time at Alvin's Jazz Club! The waitress was friendly & super knowledgeable about my Celiac dietary restrictions & what was possible in the kitchen. The live music was a hit & people danced on & off for the whole set! The band would play for an hour, then break for an hour, then play again which felt like a perfect combination of music & chatting at the table. Prices were definitely reasonable for the ambiance & food. Highly recommend!

    The evening was lovely. Was disappointed that I had stated on the reservation that it was a special occasion (birthday) but the staff had no idea. Was expecting something a little more. Also butter for the appetizer bread was hard and not spreadable. I know these are small things, however when paying premium prices there are expectations.

    It was my first time but heard wonderful things from others. They were not wrong. The ambience was spectacular, the decor classy, the service outstanding and the food and wine delicious. The live entertainment, Jory Kinjo was amazing, and just set the perfect mood for a great night. I will absolutely be returning and bringing everyone I know with me!

    Our experience was positive. We did find the music a bit loud for socializing but we sat very close to the band. The service was great and the ambiance delightful. Would recommend.

    First time at the club. Great time. My son’s girlfriend had an issue with parking, hopefully she gets it resolved with Indigo.
