   Booked here through open table for New Year’s Eve however, wasn’t told that it was only a three course christmas menu available that costed nearly £70 each! Didn’t really enjoy the food.

   When I booked this restaurant I didn’t expect to have a forced Christmas Menu with a set price. I booked this after looking on the website and their normal menu and when I booked there was no indication that only this set menu was available. And before we could ask what was going on, we were brought the drink that came on the menu with no communications at all. This has never happened to me and I am very disappointed at the restaurant and OpenTable for the lack of advertisement and communication prior to confirming my booking. I also noticed other people around were not expecting this compulsory set menu.

   We arrived on Christmas after confirming by phone that we could have access to the main menu, to find that we were unable to, only the set menu was available. They went back on their word after our conversation. One member of our party had severe allergies and no accommodations were given for them and they were expected to pay the full price even though they were unable to eat most of the set Christmas menu. The management were not flexible in their approach at all so we left.

   Many items not available but only told this when we asked for a particular item rather that tell us up front. Salad smothered in balsamic vinegar and salad cream not put on the side. Had to keep asking for tap water. Probably won’t go again.

   Lovely evening with friends, we had the evening brunch, various cocktail options which is great for a brunch as most only offer prosecco, food was lovely the only negative about service the food was rushed we finished starter and main was served within minutes, 2 of the party could not finish their main course! Considering it is a 2hr brunch plenty of time to have a break between courses. We have been before but at lunchtime and never experienced rushed food servings this could be a one off.

   We had the best meal - with outstanding service. Busy at lunchtime which gave a great atmosphere. Good quick service. Lovely meal exceptionally well priced. Will recommend to others.

   We went for the evening brunch. The food here is amazing. Freshly cooked and very tasty. The brunch was excellent value for money and you can mix and change which cocktails you want, instead of being restricted to one. Friendly staff and the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. There was a singer there as it was Friday night (not the greatest) but she had a few people dancing

    Warm welcome, delicious food served in a beautiful setting. Good range of choices for all dietary requirements. No rush to leave the table so plenty of time to chat. Cheeky little complementary limoncello served with the bill too! Would highly recommend a visit.
