   Steaks were great, ordered a fillet, an aged bone in New York strip and a regular bone in New York strip. Good wine selection! Was a disappointed in the service. I think the waitress had more tables and she can handle it took her at least 15 minutes from when we were seated to even come and get our drink order and greet us. She took our drink order apologize for the delay it took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. She walked back up to the table and just asked OK are you ready to order without explaining anything to us describing nothing and giving no suggestions. I had to ask her if she could explain the difference between the age steak and the nonaged steak and she leaned over and read off the menu, not much help at all. When I originally booked this reservation, I was really excited about the fact that I seen reviews saying the service was excellent and they explained everything, we got none of that,  although we did overhear the server waiting on the table behind us who got an explanation of everything even though they didn’t ask …we got service that we would expect at an IHOP …no chefs cut specials explained, no descriptions, no suggestions, no nothing …when we ordered the chef’s cut ribeye she came back to the table saying that they were out of them but gave no suggestions, gave no recommendations again just left the menu and disappeared for another 15 minutes. Highly disappointed in the service the meal was about $400 for me and my two boys. I was really hoping for more of an experience than we got tonight! Maybe it was because I am a single female with my two teenage boys she felt it wasn’t important to give us the best service… not sure but I don’t think I’ll be back.

   I have to admit the porterhouse was amazing and I loved the lobster mac & cheese. Our waitress was very sweet and very attentive, but she was limited by management to doing very simple accommodations like when I ordered dessert and wanted one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of coffee ice cream her manager told her no . Seems silly when you offer multiple flavors and you’re gonna give me two scoops anyway why not let me have one of each flavor. It was also disappointing when I arrived that I had requested to change the chair at the table. I was sitting at because it was wood with metal bars on the side, which would be uncomfortable for me and they had other chairs in the table next to me that had Padded seat and no bars on the side. They seem very put-out by that request; a simple moving of chairs from the table adjoining seemed like a big request. I don’t understand that ? Why? in the end they accommodated but begrudgingly. mind you this was a early seating and no one was seated but us at that moment so it was not disruptive to any other seated guests. Note and reminder to the owner… little things matter …. But maybe you’re too big for your britches and you don’t care anymore about the little things.?

   The service is exceptional and so is the food and drink. I love the watermelon sorbet too, I took home a cup and it was the perfect late light sweet treat

   事前に子供の中学進学のお祝いで来店する旨を伝えていたらデザートでお祝いメッセージの入ったブラウニーを出してくださって、家族も子供もとても嬉しい気持ちになりました。目当てのトマホークステーキも家族の人数等を見て最適な量を教えてくださったりと、とてもよかったです。 またハワイに行った時は行きたいと思います。

   思っていたよりポーターハウスは固くて食べにくい。先日行ったステーキハウスの方が柔らかくて香ばしくて美味しかった。コーンスープは美味しかった。全てのジュースが水のように薄くて不味い。

   トマホークを頼みました。前回（2年前）は日本語が話せるスタッフが対応してくれましたが、今回はいなかったみたい。900gは売り切れで子供2人と3人で1100gにしたけどペロリと平らげました。メニューにライスはなかったけど言えば持ってきてくれました。娘と息子の進学祝いで予約したので、デザートプレートをサービスしてくれて嬉しかったです。

    There was a deal for 160 where you share a wagyu steak and some other stuff. We asked our server about it and she stated that the one that’s advertised on the menu isn’t what they had in store and that it was a poorer quality. She said we would get the ribeye instead. I didn’t want a ribeye so I then asked if we just get the wagyu that’s on the menu, would it still be the same price since it’s not the same quality. She said yes. We ordered the mashed potatoes with bacon, cheese and bone marrow. The potatoes came out cold and flavorless, the bacon was raw and the bone marrow had no marrow.
