   Absolutely LOVED our experience at Alloro! We went for our anniversary dinner while on vacation in St. Thomas - we stayed at another resort but came here for dinner - and the staff made it so special, definitely something we will not forget! We got to sit at special table overlooking the water at night, there also happened to be a full moon lighting up the water. In addition to making our anniversary special, they also had many gluten free options for me - including gluten free bread!!! - which was an extra treat! The brussel sprouts were amazing, we also had the gluten free pasta dish and the catch of the day! Incredible experience, fantastic staff, beautiful resort. The price is comparable to other nice restaurants on the island but the service and ambiance is head and shoulders above. Highly recommend Alloro, we will definitely be going back!

   10/10 experience! We went here for dinner on our honeymoon and were extremely happy with the service, food, & drinks! Wendellyn, our server, was so kind and attentive! We hope to return soon

   The staff and the place is fabulous! The staff made you so welcome and very helpful. They all introduced themselves if you need anything please ask. The food was delicious and presentation was excellent! It was our anniversary and birthday! The staff were kind of enough to bring out amazing desserts that were out of this world! Thank you for making our experience memorable and amazing!! If we ever have the chance to come back we definitely will… thank you again your the best!

   Nice enough for an off the grid plac, not Ritz Carlton standard. Only hotel establishment on offer.

   **Restaurant Review:** The restaurant boasts a beautiful ambience, with elegant decor and a serene atmosphere that makes it ideal for a quiet meal. However, it lacks the vibrant energy and distinct vibe you'd hope for in a standout dining experience. It feels very much like a typical hotel restaurant, complete with the standard fare you'd expect from hotel dining—nothing particularly unique or memorable. The menu, while varied, doesn't quite deliver on the promise of its price point. The dishes, although well-presented, fall into the category of generic hotel food, lacking the creativity or bold flavors that justify the higher prices. For what you pay, you expect a culinary experience that goes beyond the basics, but sadly, this restaurant doesn't quite make the cut. It's a pleasant enough place to dine, but not one that will leave a lasting impression.

   Very great experience! The food was delicious and very well prepared! We cleaned our plates! We shared the half chicken and appetizer sized ragu! The flavor was full and very authentic to Italian fare. Our server was friendly and attentive! The sous chef Shamoya visited our table after our meal to see clean plates! She invited us to return for another meal which we did and were served a special treat of her creation based on our conversation over food. Fried snapper/ heck chicken with plantains, rice and beans and a green apple tomato and cucumber slaw! Oh and the polenta appetizer was a new twist for our pallets! I’m a foodie and loved it all!!

    The Restaurant has a nice vibe overlooking the water. The evening we had a reservation they seemed to be short staffed and had we had to wait to find anybody to seat us (even with a reservation). We had also to wait to be served (they also had no Italian red available by the glass?). However, our waiter Kayla was so sweet , and turned things around. Our pasta dishes were delicious ( especially the frutti di mare!). If you can put up with some slow service, the food might just be worth it.
