   We went on a Thursday afternoon during spring break. I was surprised how quiet it was with bowling lanes and an arcade. It was also incredibly clean. This was our first time, so we didn't really know how it all worked. I'm sure we looked a little lost. An employee, Ashley, came up and explained everything to us. She was very helpful and then escorted us to our dining reservation. The service was quick, and the food was amazing. I loved my smash burger! My only complaint is the Pepsi products. I'm a Coke person :). Had such a fun time in the arcade after dinner. So many games to choose from! After playing, we went to the prize store or whatever it's called. The place where you exchange the tickets you've won for prizes. I was very pleasantly surprised at their exchange rate. It was very reasonable. Such a great family time, and we will definitely be back.

   Everything went well but they lost my reservation then added me back in. Once we arrived I was sat with a different reservation but it all worked out.

   Very accommodating with our seating requests. Music bingo is a lot of fun! Food options for everyone including vegetarians. I got the impossible tacos and my husband got the impossible burger.

   Pizza is terrible. The last two times we have tried the pizza, it’s gross. Very little “pizza” and all cheese. Enough cheese to make you feel sick after eating. If they plan on using that much cheese, then they need a thicker crust that is cooked fully.

   I'm sorry to hear about your pizza experience, we take pride in our pizza and put a lot of love into them. Our pizza chefs are taking your review into consideration. I would like to win you back by suggesting some of our other fantastic menu items, like loaded tots, Queso, bacon, sour cream, chives covering a sharable platter of crispy tetris tots. Our perhaps one of the Chubs selections, an Alley's original creation. Pizza but rolled up to resemble cinnamon rolls. A very dippable option. YUMMY! I do hope you will try us again. Ask for Mark when you come back, I'm usually hanging around on the weekends. 😃

    Never got our food, waitress offered to comp our entire meal. Waited another 25 minutes, food never came, so we got up and left.
