   A bit disappointing than my first. I came here a week ago and it’s Valentines day back then but service and seating was fast. Today, it seems like they are overbooked and the service was bit slower than before. Food was ok, it’s not bad but my order last week was better. I’ll probably go back but more likely not anytime soon.

   Our first time ordering from the Feb Steak Fest menu and it lived up to its reputation. The food was excellent, along with the service. Well worth it. We plan on going again next February.

   I've been coming to Allen's since it opened on the Danforth. Rarely am I disappointed. Tonight was typically, wonderful. Our server was charming and efficient. The polenta fries were great, as was the green salad. Our mains were excellent and generous. Sometimes it's a little noisy. This was during the Steak Festival, so it was packed. But it got quieter after 45 minutes or so. We keep coming back to Allen's and we will continue to do so. Bravo!

   I love this restaurant. Wife and I came for the annual steak festival. We both order the Shorthorn to a medium doneness. However hers came medium rare and mine came below a medium rare, almost blue in the middle. I didn’t bother mentioning to the server as it was good except for the centre 2-3 inch circle that was more rare and tough to cut and chew. But would I attend next year’s festival, oh yes but I would mention to the server to ensure it is at least a medium rare to medium. I’ve been here during non-festival times and the food and drinks are top notch and the service is always excellent.

   We visit Allen’s on a regular basis. This time for the steak festival. Caesar salad was excellent as were the steaks (cooked perfectly) the sides mushrooms and duck fat potatoes were disappointing.

   Awesome. Steak fest. Servers were awesome. Great food. Only thing. We were in the back of the restaurant. Usually awesome. But table kinda small fir 4 people. Minor, we managed. 6 years in a row. February steak fest a must

   Celebrated a friend's birthday at Allen's Steak Fest with an early dinner. We both ordered Tanjo Tenderloin, the double baked potato, and an order of mushrooms to share. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce on the mushrooms was divine. We shared a Espresso cheescakw for dessert. Oliver, our server, was both efficient and personsble. At Oliver's suggestion, the host offered to csll us a taxi to get us home in stormy weather. Another wonderful experience at Allen's where both the food and service is always the best!

   Steak Fest is the best. I look forward to it every year. They also do a very nice brunch.

    This is a very nice place. Went here for the stea festival and it definitely makes me want to come back. No wonder there’s lots of people dining in here. Food is great and despite the steak being dry aged it was reasonably priced. The servers are very nice and attentive. Will definitely visit this place again.
