   This place has really gone downhill. For a place that holds itself out to be upscale, they have a lot of work to do on their processes, service and product. The check in process is chaotic. The service was awful. The server came by once to take our order and then we had to wave her down to get her to come by to refill water or bring our bill. She came by maybe 3 times total in over a an hour. It took 20 mins for 3 of 4 drinks to arrive, the 4th had to be re-ordered and took another 10 mins, then was not what was ordered. $22 for a gin martini, wrong gin, and *maybe* 1 oz of liquid in the glass. Nobody came by for another 20 mins so we couldn’t even tell them there was an issue. Manager said he would comp it but it was still on the bill and we just wanted to leave so we paid anyway rather than waiting another 20 mins for it to be fixed. The people next to us were so hammered when they arrived, they were literally screaming, acting like rodeo clowns and disrupting everyone around them. Manager did nothing. Absolutely low-brow experience overall.

   We had a couple cocktails that were not very good. For the price I would expect a high level of quality.

   It’s a very cozy place to spend the night. It has a great ambiance, nice music, good service, and friendly staff.

   Servers continues to ask if everything was good a little too often interrupting my date more than I liked. Other than that. Great secret little spot definitely will bring more dates and friends to.

   Concerns, they take your ID and scan it. This is a huge concern with no assurance of what your personal data is being used for or if/how it is being protected. The noise level from the music was absurd. We received noise level warnings to the extent that being there for 30 min could result in temporary hearing loss and if continuous exposure could result in permanent loss. Feel bad for the employees working there. Drinks were delicious but overly priced, average price was $25/cocktail.

   We were there for dinner before a show and were seated at a small high top table. We asked to moved to another table that was open to have more room but were told it was reserved. However, we also had a reservation??? There also wasn’t the option to request a specific table online. We felt rushed to eat each item that came as fast as we could to make more room on our small table.

    It’s a great experience. The food is just ok. They have a very weird practice of not just checking your ID but recording it and taking your photo. I’ve never received a good explanation for this other than “guest safety” but in an age where identity theft is rampant, it feels invasive and is absolutely unnecessary.
