The concept of vegan, gluten-free, and carnivore in a modern setting is great; the execution was less than stellar. Very few gluten-free AND vegan options. Should have sandwich options that meet those parameters. Food was just okay. My main course was forgotten, so I had to wait for part of my meal while the rest of my party were eating. Waiter was not even apologetic. Overall, execution of great concept requires attention.

We love Alchemy and last night was no exception. Great service and attention from Bailey. We had forgotten but were pleased to be reminded Wednesday is 1/2 price wine by the glass night. Alchemy is a wonderful place to take friends who haven't been before or are new to Charlotte. They are always impressed.
