   The food was excellent but the service and ambience was that of a nice restaurant not a Ritz Carlton. The meal sequencing was a bit off as well as it began rushed. We sat outside but ended up listening to the restaurant air conditioning which was a bit noisy. That said, the food preparation, taste and quality was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, and the price was reasonable for Oahu.

   記念日で伺いました！が、ベースのサービスがそもそもよかったのでプラスアルファのサービスが霞むほどでした。安くはないけど笑　美味しかったし、サービスも素晴らしかった。さすがリッツに入ってるレストラン！って思いました。ごちそうさまでした！

   Amazing dinner at the Ritz! Chefs special of fish was to die for…. Clams amazing as well.

   Our server Thomas was amazing! We asked what he would recommend and everything he said was phenomenal. He was very attentive. We would recommend eating here both for the food and the service if you're lucky enough to have him!

   We had one of the most outstanding waitress, Denise, for our meal. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The food was also the best we had in the Turtle Bay Area.

   Our server Thomas was very relaxed, attentive and professional. Alaia has great food. We decided to dine outdoors and the sunset was stunning. Thomas made the experience extraordinary and we will recommend this great restaurant to orhers

    Despite the beautiful location, the prices are so beyond reasonable and our service was just OK. Hostess was rude over our table placement and our server simply did his job and that’s it. The food was done well and the only prominent part of the experience.
