   Service was excellent, we were treated very well. I had the sea food linguini but the octopus and squid were very tough. The sauce and other sea food and sauce was delicious but couldn’t eat half of the sea food. Waitress tried to talk to the manager who was busy so ended up settling the bill as my husbands meal was really good. Unfortunately it was my 70th birthday so it was such a shame my meal was not as good as it could have been, perhaps I chose the wrong meal on the night.

   I had the monkfish followed by the white chocolate mousse. Both delicious. To start I had the crab croquettes which were a little disappointing (dry and bland) however, the accompaniments made up for that as they were superb. The staff had excellent customer service skills too.

   Very welcoming, attentive service from all the staff. Food and drink presentation was excellent. Dinner menu had wide choice for all courses and food was extremely good. Fixed price menu good value. Waiter Harley and assistants were excellent. Would recommend restaurant to anybody living or visiting Dorchester.

   One of the best meals we've had at Al Molo. Of particular mention is the Lobster pasta and the attentive staff.

   We have eaten at Al Molo on a number of occasions. The food is always first class. The majority of staff are very experienced and excellent at what they do. We always enjoy dining with them. I would certainly recommend them. As an aside they also offer a very generous discount on food to those eligible for blue light discount. It is kind of them to do that. We will be eating their again soon.

   We have been to Al Molo a few times now and are delighted we can bring our dogs, once of which has separation anxiety so we always need a dog sitter otherwise. We had the valentines menu and were able to order in and advance. We both had duck to start with my husband having lamb as the main and myself the monkfish. Desert was chocolate mousse for me and cheesecake for him. All the food was beautifully presented and so tasty. The chef is amazing. We felt it good value for money for a special occasion and the dogs were given water as well which is a nice touch. They deserve every award going down it was lovely to hear they had got the Bronze Dorset Tourist award (should have been gold). Apologies to any of the diners who were annoyed by Daisy having a little yap on the way in - her eyesight isn’t what it was and she gets a bit overwhelmed. She soon settles down. Thank you again for a wonderful evening.

   A lovely lunch. We each had the fish cakes, which paired excellently with the sautéed wild mushrooms (and a few naughty fries). Desserts were white chocolate mousse and cheesecake crumble…both delicious.

    Great service, lovely ambiance in this old building. The meat, fish and wine were all outstanding. Highly recommended.
