Enjoy a selection of starters, entrees, and desserts from our a la carte menu from noon to 3 PM and from 5PM to close.

An elaborate menu curated by Chef Raghav as a journey across Canada, through 11 courses meticulously curated for a unique dining experience. The price of the Fruit de Mer is $225 per person (plus taxes) and the deposit secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. This service is available per table only. Please allow us to accommodate any allergies by notifying us in the reservation notes. Reservations must be made at least a day in advance. This experience is available from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM with the last seating at 7.30 PM. This reservation can be canceled for full refund by calling Aiāna at least 2 business days in advance.

Join us for an unforgettable New Year's Eve at Aiāna, where we’ll unveil our 2025 5-course Chef’s tasting menu—a showcase of our finest work, crafted with peak seasonal ingredients and a delicate harmony of modern and traditional techniques. An optional wine pairing, thoughtfully curated by our expert sommeliers, will elevate each course. Please note, this exclusive tasting is our only offering for the evening, and we’re unable to accommodate substitutions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. Reservations are ticketed, non-refundable, and charged at the full adult price. We look forward to celebrating with you!

This is all about having an experience while dinning. The food, the service, the ambiance, and drink selection were above and beyond. In my opinion, this is Ottawa's best restaurant.

Having dined at a non-local Michelin Star restaurant recently, Aiāna’s food and service was simply better. They nailed the idea of creative, Canadian, contemporary, cuisine. This was by far the best meal we have ever had in Ottawa.
