   Beautiful setting right on the water at Canama Bay. We sat outside since it was a lovely evening with a nice breeze. We started with the classic Peruvian ceviche. It was wonderful except for the large slice of sweet potato which we were told no one eats “because they think it’s a carrot”. That would be a huge carrot so I think it likely that people don’t eat it because they don’t care for sweet potatoes like us. Anyway, it doesn’t interfere with enjoying the ceviche, we just ignored it like everyone else apparently does. My husband had the mahi mahi crusted in hazelnuts. Other than the crust, he found it lacking in seasoning. I had the spaghetti with shrimp special. It was not particularly special. There were only a few small shrimp and they had a strong taste, they homemade spaghetti was thick and a bit chewier than Al Dente. Service was good.

   Fantastic restaurant! Hands down one of the best meals and dining experiences we have ever had. The food was amazing, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the wine list was extensive. We were so happy to find this place on Grand Cayman and would happily go back time and time again.

   Exceeded expectation’s. So far it is the best dinner we had on 7 mile beach We tried 2 ceviche dishes, a meat ravioli,agua tuna ( the best of them all) mahi and the lamb fettuccine . The fettuccine could have used some Parmesan or more ricotta but otherwise everything was wonderful! Our server provided great recommendations. He had been there since 2012. Wish we had gotten his name we would ask for him again

   We’ve been on the island for almost a week and have had a number of outstanding dinners. Agua is perhaps at the top of our list. The setting outside overlooking the moon was enchanting and the food was great

   Thank you Agua for a such a great evening. Tasted a little of everyone's dinner and dessert and wow was that food (and service) just terrific. Most importantly- mom had a great birthday! They treated her to dessert and even sang Happy Birthday to her :) Just waiting for the next birthday to come around so we can go back! Thank you again

   I would highly recommend Agua. We sat outside at a comfortable table beautifully appointed with a view that was stunning. The ambiance was too good to try and explain. The service was beyond first rate and the food was outstanding! A perfect night. Whenever we’re back in Cayman it’s Agua for sure! Bravo Agua!
