   What a wonderful time having tea with out-of-state family at the O Henry! Our server, Clare, made us feel so special and catered to our dietary needs. She was so good at explaining our options! We will be back!!

   Weak tea. Had to ask for a stronger pot. Poor cakes and very pathetic cucumber sandwiches. Overall waste of money.

   My friend and I wanted to experience Afternoon Tea at the O.Henry. First, it was a bit difficult to get the exact reservations we wanted and when we got there I could see why. Neither of us had ever been there and the space is not very big, holding 40 at once maybe. But it is nice, antique furniture, sofas with coffee tables if you are in a larger group, chairs and small tea tables if there are only two. The social lobby is beautiful, wood paneling even on the ceiling, but not a closed off space. The food was overall very good. But if you have any amount of appetite I suggest you go for the largest menu. You will get to sample everything and the two smaller menus aren't that much food. I liked almost everything, the cheese straws were my favorite and we were able to take a few home! The tea itself was delicious. A very unique and enjoyable experience.

   I love everything about the afternoon tea service at the old Henry hotel. The location in the lobby and the seating arrangements give a sense of intimacy, even though you’re at an open room. The tea selections both the regular selections and seasonal selections are always great with a variety of black and other teas. The food serve with the tea is just enough a great mixture of both savory and sweet and they’re easily able to accommodate all allergies and other meal preferences. The service is always top-notch and I’ve never feel as though they’re rushing me away to be able to see another party.
