Great visit, caring staff and effective social distancing along with good hygiene measures in place. The decision to close was already in place however the updated government guidelines were announced as we were leaving. Staff were understandably upset - however I’m sure this business will bounce back with such good staff, great service and great food.

Nice cosy eating area with good friendly service. The Caird also has a nice bar adjoining the area.

Not the best place I have been too. Think you should have a review of your quality of service and drastically improve on them because to be honest you cant get any worse.

Second time i have had afternoon tea and it has been brilliant, ITISON voucher is great value for money! I hope the deal will be back again.

Got an Anniversary gift of Afternoon tea for 2 at 172 the Caird, the whole experience was very nice and both myself and my husband had a lovely time. The food was really good compared to other places I have had Afternoon tea, nothing to fancy and everything was so tasty. I don’t drink alcohol and was offered a soft drink in place of the glass of Prosecco that was on offer along with tea or coffee.
