The cuisine at Chef Jean-Georges’ abc kitchen reflects a passionate commitment to the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. The restaurant’s changing menu focuses on local, sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs. Meat, fish, and dairy are locally sourced where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. A rooftop garden provides herbs and microgreens. Teas, coffees, spices, wines, juices, and elixirs are organically cultivated in fair-trade cooperatives. The dining room includes found, salvaged, reclaimed, and recycled building materials.

    The booking was fixed at 1 pm but there were no tables available and many people waiting which means that they show availability but they don’t have it. We waited for 30 minutes after big complaint.

    We were 6 people and were able to get one of their round tables, which was great! Everyone loved what they ordered. The Salmon, pasta bolognaise, sea bass and farro risotto were all delicious. We enjoyed the desserts too.
