   We were lucky to get a table inside, as our reservation was for outside & it was a chilly night. They were so accommodating for us, as the small restaurant was full. The food & service were great. I had a special entree of shrimp & scallops with cherry tomatoes and a white wine sauce, which was delicious. My husband had a ribeye steak which was beautifully well seasoned. We shared a creme brûlée for dessert, which was so delicious. We’ll certainly be going back again!!

   The staff was excellent great atmosphere and really enjoyed the food. The server even tracked down a half a bottle of Brunello for me.

   Everything was delicious, the service was impeccable. I loved their special attention to my gluten-free needs. Their gluten-free bread was totally outstanding, and I loved my chicken piccata with gluten-free pasta! They offered really different wines by the glass, which was refreshing. This is a restaurant that is lovingly attended to by its owner and chef. Exactly what I want in a restaurant pretty much all the time, but especially when I want to connect with friends over a calming dinner.

   We had 8 for my mom’s birthday and the service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the sole and chicken plus more. Cute small place in downtown San Carlos

   Will come Back-loved everything about this cozy restaurant from the delicious appetizers and entrees to the decor, menu designs and music. Wonderful and friendly service and it was a delight to receive the owner Vincente's personal attention and wonderful conversation. Our nee favorite place when visiting the Peninsula.

    Revised review! While it was disappointing - the restaurant was too cold and my red wine was cold! The bread was cold! The carpaccio was ice cold - had to send it back, other the food was good. The Calamari was very good. The pastas were delicious. I had angel hair pasta with fresh tomatoes, garlic, etc., my husband had the special with seafood. The desserts were good too - I had cheesecake - homemade and my husband had crème broulee. However, I doubt we would return. Although, it would be a good restaurant to hold a private party.
