Welcome to 80/20 @ Kaelins. A new take on the classic restaurant where the cheeseburger was created. A neighborhood spot where anyone is welcome. Bring your family and friends and join us. A great place to watch a game or enjoy some family time. Featuring burgers and classic comfort food and drinks. Try out the 80/20 Malt Shoppe for some house made ice cream or a shake with your burger. Grab a bourbon or local brew to enjoy at the indoor/outdoor bar. Have an evening relaxing on our large patio. Maybe throw a party in one of our private dining areas where we can offer custom menus from casual to upscale.

It was a beautiful day so we sat on the patio. The service was so so, but the 80/20 burger was great, as were the chicken thighs. We ordered Brussel sprouts instead of fries. They were ok but because of the bacon jam, they weren't as crispy as we like so we'd try the fries or other side next time. It's great to have a neighborhood bar with a lot of parking, lots of seating, and, importantly, good food.

Love this place! We sat outside and had an excellent meal. I recommend the fried pickles and rib eye burger. Service was great.

We had a 6:45 reservation for a party of 9….we were seated, ordered some drinks and starters. Then we ordered dinner….the apps came out right away. Our dinner however did not arrive until 8:40! The staff apologized and the manager offered us gift cards for our next visit. However, we are all from out of town….so they took 15% off of my bill. The food was not worth the wait at all and I didn’t get everything I ordered. This was obviously a critical failure of some sort. I am assuming our dinner order didn’t get entered or they just screwed up. In any case, I would be hard pressed to ever return there and give them another chance! It was incredibly disappointing. Final thought….pass on the fried chicken!

Our experience was great. The food was awesome and the service was memorable. Trent was personable, funny and fit right into our group. He took care of our group of 8 with ease and we will def come back if we find ourselves in Louisville again. Highly recommend the burgers, fries and desserts.

Wonderful service and attention to the fact that we had two small chicken with us and 2 adults in our party have celiac. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be eating here many times in the future.

Overall disappointing. Food ok but not great. Had burgers, wings, meatloaf and none of them were great. Best thing we had was Twix ice cream. Had been wanting to try this place but don’t think I’ll be back.
