   I took my husband for what I thought would be a romantic birthday wine dinner. Unfortunately it was all about promoting a wine rep and sales. Very disappointing at $150 per person. We couldn't even have a conversation . And to top it all off the host was very rude.

   The cocktails and the food were exceptional. I have dined on many of the Boston steakhouses and this is a hidden gem on the cape. The staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. The manager was extremely passionate about the operation, food quality and clientele. It is like a family business that takes pride in every meal they serve. Thank you very much Nancy for chatting with us and allowing us to feel how special this place is.

   Everything was fine but nothing was spectacular. For the prices paid, I expected a little spectacular. Had a $95 steak which was good amd well cooked but we buy similar at a grocery store and BBQ it at home…..was very similar. Drink we’re ok too. Had two dirty martinis. Both were good but olives were very small …. Uninspiring. Caesar salads were pre prepared and were fine but you could tell they sat for a while.

   Way too much salt on everything I love salt and usually add more couldn’t even stomach the crab cakes , ceaser c, mashed potatoes 🤮cowboy steak was great everything else 👎🏻

   Menu looked delicious - the bread and oil to start were and drinks were large. But our expensive porterhouse steak for 2 was beyond overcooked (well done - ordered medium rare) in addition to the asparagus side. Our steak was carved tableside so the chef knew it was not what we ordered, but no one acknowledged and we’re not complainers, but since you asked us here ...

   We really wanted to love this restaurant. Our server, Janet was awesome. We started off with cocktails which were delicious. We had the bone marrow app, again delicious. Then comes the problem. We each ordered steaks, rare, with sides of asparagus, mushrooms & corn risotto. The mushrooms & asparagus were great. Then comes risotto, not so much. It was really gummy. One steak came out more medium rare, but was still good. The other was medium well. Janet informed the kitchen immediately. The manager was very sweet & apologetic. After waiting for a bit, we finally cancelled the steak. It ruined dinner for us, as only 1 of us actually got dinner .
