   Great food. The filet, wedge salad and ceaser salad were all excellent. The only thing we didn't like is two of our party of six were late and they wouldn't seat us until they arrived. We could have had an appetizer and drink while seated instead of standing in the lobby.

   We live 3 hours away, and only get to visit Hot Springs once or twice a year, so we always make a point to eat at 501 Prime when in town. The main reason we love it is for the chargrilled oysters. This visit we panicked as they are no longer on the menu. We asked our server if they still served them and while they do not, she asked the manager or kitchen and they agreed to make us two orders of them since they were too busy yet. They were delicious as usual we also ordered steaks and sides that were some of the most mouth watering things we’ve ever placed in our mouths. So I say all this to say, not only is the food wonderful the service and dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none at 501 prime. It’s not only a restaurant it’s a full fledged experience.

   One of Arkansas best restaurants. Top 4 for sure. Best in hot springs for sure

   We sat at the bourbon bar, a little louder which fit us perfectly. Kirk was our server and he was excellent! We will be back.

   We ate her on our last night of our trip to Hot Springs. The local ingredients aspect was really cool. The drink selection was good, the menu isn't very big but the options are diverse. Pricing was a little on the high-side for the food, but it was very tasty and looked great too. The bread was amazing. They have an "every-day" menu as well as "special" menu that rotates regularly. We would eat here again if back in town.

   The food was excellent, they don’t allow any substitutions & for the most part expensive. Very pricey but I would recommend & come back the food is excellent.
