   We had two appetizers, the onion rings tower and hot cauliflower bites. Both were good and came hot but not out of the ordinary. However the truffle burger was very delicious and perfectly cooked. I wish I did not fill up on appetizers so that I finished the entire burger. Definitely would recommend going here. Staff were friendly and the beer was cold which is always a plus.

   Food was great and we had a person with severe allergies and the manager and server were very supportive and great!! Totally recommend it!!

   For over 12 years this has been our staple eatery for any shows around Time Square! An easy walk from our concert at the Iridium, my party was seated immediately for our reservation. It is immediately evident that this jam packed eatery is managed and staffed fantastically! Service is 10/10 with upbeat wait staff, quickly delivered orders hot out of the kitchen, and their epic mainstay burgers and wide selections of other tasty options. Two of us went in for the comfort of Buttermilk Brined fried Chicken on pancakes and it was amazing! Another chose the epic Five Napkins burger with Onion rings , cooked perfectly . Great bar and a mist welcomed availability of Brooklyn's finest brewer, Other Half Green City! ( in a world where boring, blade beer menus are the rule!) Five Napkins always delivers, always exceeds our expectations, with outstanding food, drink, cleanliness, superb management overseeing great service from kitchen to table, no delays yet never 'rushed" service.

    Good food. Which service. Had a reservation but got the booth next to the door and in front of hostess stand. . A little chilly and would’ve preferred a better spot for special night out with kids.
