   Beautiful place and gorgeous views! The staff were very professional and friendly. Everything was immaculate and we were really made-up with the whole experience. We had afternoon tea for two with a champagne upgrade which came to about £100. The afternoon tea included (for each person): savoury: a couple of canapés, a couple of small sandwiches, sweet: two scones with clotted cream and jam, then 4 small deserts (a tiramisu, a lemon tart, a chocolate cheesecake, a pana cotta and a Ferrero Rocher). I would say even though the food was very good, the balance of savoury to sweet was a bit off. Maybe a couple more savoury items would have been better instead of two scones each which felt a bit much. The cheesecake was ok but a little underwhelming compared to the other three desserts. Also a little disappointed at having Ferrero Rocher in a wrapper on the cake stand in such a posh place. I have had afternoon teas which were a little cheaper and slightly more balanced. However, I would still recommend the experience, the food was pleasant and the place itself is fab.

   Food and drink choices has really gone downhill since it is no longer Ginos sky bar. The pasta dish we ordered was delayed after being told “ there was a problem with the chef!?”and when it did arrive it was dreadful . Not fresh pasta and not as described. The server was sympathetic and we were not charged. The sharing platter was extremely overpriced for the amount of cheese on it. The skybar used to be our go to place in Liverpool but we would only go now for a drink in daylight hours for the view

   We never ate here though I have eaten in Ginos downstairs which was delicious

   Staff were very rude on arrival, food was okay nothing special, they did forget things on our plates and brought them out after we asked where they was, drinks took ages to arrive so make sure you order well in advance of your running out, waiters asking if you’d like any drinks then walking off without taking your order to see someone else complaining then there is the bill… just make sure you check it as we had drinks added onto ours that shouldn’t have been also they never took our deposit off we had to speak to the manager but got no where, in the end I just payed the bill and left the place seams to be run by kids and is the most un organised, overrated place I have visited I think Gordon Ramsey need to pop down show them how to organise the place

   The bar was fantastic! Ambience amazing, only downside was we booked for an hour and the service was pretty poor, took half hr to get first drink, we would of ordered another but didn’t have time, all in all wouldn’t want to put anyone off as it’s great, but maybe get more staff.

    Great atmosphere in the bar with amazing views. Service was slow in the bar area but they were very apologetic. Great selection of drinks and cocktails We didn’t eat on here we ate in the downstairs restaurant.
