We came here to celebrate my sister's birthday. It was an awesome experience and we will be back for sure. Our server and the food were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

First impressions were favorable. Some effort has gone into making a "nice" place to eat. I don't think they were reaching for being labeled as "fine dining" and they succeeded. While the meal was quite good, there were many areas of omission or lapses in attention to detail. For example, why was there no salt or pepper at the table - any table? A bread service would have been an appreciated addition. The staff seemed just a bit under-trained and we had three occasions to inform servers that the food they brought to our table was not our order. The experience was certainly tainted by the noise level. I'm not used to raising my voice just to be heard across a table. The number of people standing around drinking close to our table didn't add to the value. Overall, the effect was of trying to eat at an almost overflowing bar in which everyone had something terribly important to say - read as shout. We may come back but this experience certainly placed this restaurant well down on the list of dinner choices.

Belgian waffle was average, not as thick as Begian waffle should be. Eggs Benedict were very good.
