   What a gorgeous setting. The service was superb: the hostess was very knowledgeable about how to take the best photo of us and show off the Tiffany ceiling. Juan, our server, was savvy on the menu and well-versed in the wine. We had the Caesar salad and the bison short ribs -- well presented and prepared

   The restaurant is beautiful service was great the food is not that good the pasta was undercooked and I believe is overpriced for what you get

   While making a reservation for dinner at the beginning of the month, I saw a picture of the pork chop and knew I had to return. It was so good! I am not a huge steak eater, so a pork chop or ribs are usually my go to at steak houses. The pork chop was prepared masterfully! The chutney is the perfect compliment! Forbidden rice is actually pretty tasty, even though I had to search it beforehand. My waiter, Micheal, was pleasant and attentive. I hope to get him again upon returning for a future dining experience! Chef Graham and his team, which includes the ever attentive Jillian, are the best in the business, in my opinion! Do not hesitate to stop by! RECOMMEND!

   Well at first our waitress was very attentive. Drinks came quickly we ordered appetizers Raw oysters and oysters Rockefeller, bread was served and then we waited 10minutes for her to come and take the main order after we ordered about 20 minutes later she came back and told us two of our main courses were unavailable and the menu hadn’t been updated from the day before. My filet I ordered medium rare it came medium well the same happened with my date and our food was cold. we never got one of our sides. Coffee took 20 minutes and there were only 3 tables counting ours. For the price $350.00 with out tip we were a party of 4. Wouldn’t recommend or will not be going back!

   The team at 1700 Steakhouse is top-notch! My meal was so delicious, I cannot stop thinking about it. This was my first time dining at the restaurant, separate from the Chef's Dinners, and I will return again. Definitely recommend!

   Food and ambiance are exquisite. Hotel staff and hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The server was a bit of a negative experience. They were out of the wine we wanted, and rather than suggest another bottle, he wanted to leave while we looked over the menu. We asked him to wait because we would only be a moment, but he left anyway. He rushed us through other parts of our meal, but then explained in unnecessary detail very basic parts of our meal. He did not bring the proper wine glasses for the wine we ordered and when I asked ignored me at first and then said they only have Bordeaux glasses (we did not order a Bordeaux). We still enjoyed our meal but would specifically request not to be at his table again if I returned.
