   The food was great! Everything we ordered was so good. The service was also great. The strawberry cheesecake French toast was worth the hype. But honestly, everything was good. We all enjoyed our drinks too.

   The drinks, ambiance, and service were great. I would recommend them for that. However, everyone at my party was disappointed with the food. Some dishes, like the mac and cheese, lacked flavor; others like the lobster jollof and collard greens were too salty. The restaurant is still new, and I hope they improve over time. I would love to support a restaurant like this.

   This was my first time at 1123. Very nice space. The food was delicious. Drinks are a bit pricey but fun. Around 9pm the music got really loud and it was hard to talk across the table. Not sure if that’s the purpose. I liked the menu isn’t overwhelming with too many options to pick from. We had the chicken fried deviled eggs, which were really good, wasn’t sure what to expect. Then I had the Coconut curry chicken ramen, which was delicious. My friend had the fried lobster with jollof rice, also delicious. I would do back for sure. I’d like to try the brunch next time.

   Every dish I tried was extremely delicious. I wasn’t disappointed in anything, not the music choice, cocktails or food choice. Nestled in a sophisticated, yet welcoming ambiance, this restaurant, helmed by the visionary Chef Tobias, transcends typical fine dining with its expertly curated menu and commitment to pushing the boundaries of flavor, presentation, and technique. The Atmosphere The interior is an elegant blend of modern design and understated luxury. Subtle lighting and carefully chosen décor create an intimate space that invites conversation without ever feeling rushed or overcrowded. The service here is exceptional, with each team member exuding warmth and professionalism, ensuring that the entire evening unfolds seamlessly. They also were very knowledgeable about the background context of the restaurant. The Menu Chef Tobias’ menu is a carefully curated journey through seasonal ingredients, each dish crafted to highlight its freshest and most vibrant qualities.    Great service and phenomenal food. Very flavorful and interesting from appetizer, entree, cocktail to dessert. Highly recommended and will be back.

   Nice ambiance. The food was fine. Has ox tail and sushi. The ox tail selection could use more meat. It came with a lot of rice. The sushi was good. The drinks, super over priced. Our second round of drinks took forever to come. Over all…it was ok, but oddly overpriced.

   We absolutely enjoyed our meals. The fish and grits were superb, chefs kiss and the seafood omelette was filling and delicious. 10 out of 10. Service was kind and pleasant.

    The 1123 Sushi Roll is absolutely AMAZING! We also enjoyed our deviled eggs with fried chicken thighs and oxtail fried rice.
