Apparently 1100 Social doesn't use OpenTable for reservations, which was pretty disappointing to find out when we showed up for dinner and were turned down for a table. Made the reservation a month ago and ended up having the eat chicken fingers over a trash can at Wells Fargo Center. Not sure who's fault this is (OpenTable, 1100 Social, Xfinity Live) but someone should really address this. We weren't the only ones who showed up for dinner that night that had reserved their table through OpenTable and were turned down.

Only go here for drinks. The food selection was so small and what we got was terrible. We ordered the cheesesteak nachos which was basically a large platter of chips, very little meat and hardly no cheese.

Our waitress was nice but it took forever to get anything. Definitely seem understaffed. They were out of thing and It was just A bit frustrating

It was a nice place to be able to sit and recover from the crowds in the main area to eat your meal. Wings were really good. They were probably the crispiest wings I ever had. Service was good, not too much, if anything, a little more often? We ran out of water and had to ask for it. Limited menu, but it met our needs. Would definitely eat their again.

Broken table as in cracked through down the the entire center , plastic picnic cups, poor service, limited menu, sub par food, no healthy options would’ve given 0 stars if available

The menu is disappointingly small - besides the appetizers, there are only 3 sandwiches and 3 burgers, with 2 sides available. But when we tried to order, we were informed that they were out of TWO of the 3 sandwiches. Seriously!? The remaining sandwich (sausage and peppers) and the burgers we ordered were fine... not amazing but not bad. The outdoor seating environment was nice, especially if the weather is good. The men's bathroom seemed neglected - for example, the stall door wouldn't close properly or lock. Overall, I would not want to come back here.
