   The restaurant is beautiful, but it is a lot louder than I thought it would be. The service is good mostly, but it took forever for our dishes to arrive. There were a group of 8 of us, and we only ordered entree and two appetizers. We arrived at 6:30ish, put in the order around 7, but we didn't see our food until 8pm. Thankfully most of the dishes (steak, short ribs) are great. However, the duck breast was so dry that it was hard to cut and to chew. I have never had ducks that dry ever. It is a good restaurant, but there are some improvements needed for sure.

   Short Ribs and Beef Fat Rice were excellent. The buffet didn't look like good value so we passed.

   Easy parking on-site which was validated. Fast check-in and seating and food selection was very good. Extra points for the prime rib, lamb rib chops, sushi station (maki and temaki), and omelet/waffle/crepe stations. The bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce was great too. A bit surprised that they didn’t have fruit juices (ie. Guava, passion fruit, orange, etc.) included. Only drinks included was water, coffee and iced tea. Also maybe a bit pricey at $89.00 pp but I get it since everything these days is ridiculous.

   crab legs good and love that it is replenished regularly and the table service is great and attentive, but wish there were more options. fried noodles, better quality desserts, some ice cream, more protein options etc. The party near us had a toddler playing games on a mobile device that was very loud and made the dinner experience challenging to enjoy when the restaurant music (which was great btw) was also going on at the same time. For a special $107 valentine's price, this was not worth it. Perhaps having a non-alcoholic price would be more suitable since complimentary Prosecco and sparkling cider are not comparable in price. hopeful for more crab leg buffet options in Hawaii to explore

   Highly recommended!! We came to 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar multiple times for their buffet. But this was our first time having to order off of their lunch menu. Started with clam chowder soup, lunch & ended with dessert everything was perfect & delicious!! Our server was on point with seeing how we we're doing randomly, taking our completed dishes off the table & continuously refilling our water. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! Oh & when she brought our tab she also gave us cute bagged Miso Sesame Brown Butter Cookies.That was totally not expected! Mahalo Nui Loa!

   Our reservation was for 12:30 pm for Valentines lunch. Our service was non-existent the moment we sat down. A family of three ordered, ate, and paid their bill, and a couple who was seated after us ordered before we did. We had to ask their waiter to assist us, and after informing us that he wasn't our server, he took our order. We ordered two cups of clam chowder, my wife ordered the cheese burger medium well, and I ordered the crab and lobster roll. We also ordered drinks, my wife a plantation iceed tea and I an Old Fashion with rye whiskey. The chowder and drinks came quickly and were delicious. When the entrees came, my wife's burger was so undercooked that it was more on the rare side. We asked the bus boy to have the kitchen recook her burger. We had to ask the bus boy since the waiter who took our order and all other wait staff didn't seem to want to serve us. We waited for 15 minutes before calling over the manager and explained our situation. We asked her to cancel my wife's burger and to bring our bill. She graciously removed the two entrees and comped our chowder. She also offered us free cookies. We paid for our drinks and left with no appetite and a depressing Valentines experience.

   We ordered several small plates. The food was delicious with unique flavor profiles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

   Food was good for a value price buffet. Really ate too much. Our server was Grace and she was amazing like she had a third eye. Our table was always cleared whenever we go up to the line and she made sure our drinks were filled.

    The service was great and the salmon entree was also outstanding. I wasn’t as impressed with the oxtail since it was a little tough and pricey for what it delivered. If I could give half stars, the rating would be 3.5.
