   Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at R Lounge - when we arrived our table wasn’t ready despite having a booking, we were left to stand and wait for more than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we also let our server know that we were celebrating my birthday and asked for a window seat at the front, to which we were denied due to “the front seats being reserved for parties of 3 or more”. Due to this, and the slow service we received, we decided to only stay for a drink instead of the dinner and bottle of champagne we had planned to order. Towards the end of our drinks we noticed that parties of 2 were seated in the seats we had been told were reserved for 3 or more people. When we questioned this with our server, a new server that served us once we were seated, he scolded us and said we should have let him know it was a special occasion and then scolded us for only ordering drinks. His manner and the entire experience was horrible. I definitely will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, due to this service experience, they missed out on a great tip, a large order and a glowing review, as well as any future business from us or our network.

   The white stuff was phenomenal. We would come in after a long day and enjoy some snacks and drinks. 10 out of 10 recommend for the view and experience.

   We stopped here for a drink before seeing a show. Drink were great and appetizers were exactly what we needed! This view is one of the best I’ve seen of time square! Can’t be beat.

   Nice view and location. Not a lot of choices on menu, more like a bar than a restaurant. But with 5 star restaurant prices.

   Beautiful views. Waiters were very attentive and did not rush us. They said we can stay as long as we want. No pressure to leave. Just a few young people next to us very loud and obnoxious. Trying to do shots but waiters didn’t allow it ! So all good

    When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated which was okay but as we were waiting a hotel gas without a reservation came and asked if they could sit in there and the waiter quickly told them yes and it was a party of six which I did not think should have happened since they did not have a reservation. We were also only able to order certain drinks from a very short venue We could not order anything different from the bar. The waiter was rarely seen. But the views and the comfort level were amazing. And a piece of cheesecake I ate was very good.
