Queen Mary Tea Room has been providing tea service and fine dining to Seattle and its visitors for 34 years. Our Afternoon Tea with the cranberry orange scones and crumpets to the mint cucumber tea sandwiches, and the silver teapots of Queen Mary's finest teas with the fine English bone china teacups, it's a tradition many generations have experienced.

Our Brunch and Lunch menus are also quite delicious with homemade quiches and soups that will bring you back again and again.

We ate the salmon quiche and pot pie and both were quite good. My primary complaint was that I felt rushed by the servers throughout the meal. They took the tea strainer and tea away before I was finished even though I asked them not to and kept trying to grab the lunch plates. Queen Mary is expensive, so they should allow their patrons to enjoy the experience without being rushed.

72$ per person. This comes with one 20-30 oz Tea pot (each person gets their own) and a small sorbet with one cookie, small sandwich cuts that add up to about a sandwich per person, the equivalent of about 7 very small cookies and breads per person. A tiny quiche a tiny sausage roll some fruit a shot glass of soup. The tables are small and became chaotic very quickly and for this reason I wish the servers had refilled our waters for us instead of just leaving it on the table. I would skip the "tea service" and just eat off the lunch menu with is much more reasonable 30$ pp, but they stop that service at 2pm and our res was 4:30 so we were stuck with 288$ Tea

This is a one of a kind, Seattle experience, that should not be missed. But be warned, if you go once, you will want to go back, all the time, . . . As does all of Seattle. So it can be hard to get a reservation. Plan ahead. For this particular time, we made a reservation a week to a week and a half, and did not get the timeframe we wanted. But if we had got the timeframe we wanted, we would’ve had to wait over a month. Doesn’t matter, so worth it fantastic food, fantastic ambience, totally world class experience. So proud to have some thing like this, at this level of excellence, here in Seattle. I’m almost always order the afternoon tea / high tea experience. Yes you will be shocked at the price. But it is not the most expensive in town by a longshot, BUT it is the best! The owner of this place knows what they’re doing, it feels so very authentic. Service is so kind and friendly, you just don’t want the moment to end. But you will have to leave, and you can go to the store down the street to buy a Momento, . . . A very, very cool Momento, and reminder of the wonderful moment that you had there. My whole family can’t wait to go, and want to go there for every celebration, . . . And when I say, whole family, I mean me, (the wife), my husband (will not let us go without him), my teenager (who feels very grown-up), my grade schooler (This is his favorite birthday celebration place, and he asks for it every year.), and my mom, who introduced me to the place. You have not fully experienced the best ofSeattle if you have not been here.

Very unique place, always fun for a special brunch or lunch with afternoon tea. The menu was seasonally themed and delicious. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options available. I would let the restaurant know in advance if you have mobility aids as it's a small space and the staff may be able to make some adjustments or specific seating to support your visit.

Do not understand price difference based on weather weekend or weekday. The food costs what it costs.

It’s always a great experience too eat at Queen Mary’s tea room. The food is superb and the atmosphere is very romantic, especially during the winter holiday season. It’s in an annual tradition for me and a few of my friends to go every winter. We all agreed that we will keep this tradition!
