    A wonderful dining experience. The staff is very welcoming. Dress is nice casual for dinner. Kids are welcome. They have a big beautiful outdoor patio with plenty of heaters and an incredible view. The food is fabulous with generous portions and interesting offerings. We ordered 4 different dishes from their smoker offerings Everyone loved their food.

    Ordered combo plate. Pork was cold not even warm. Told sweet girl that delivered food and she apologized and took back to heat. Server came over to ask how food was. Told him it was cold. He said sorry. Manager came over to see how food was. Told her same and she said well comp your desert. Probably too cold because of door being open? Not the case. Cold throughout. When bill came. No comp. We told server and he fixed it. Never got asked if we wanted and second drink. Got our ferret to go. Then he asked if we wanted coffee. Weird. Took WAY too long to get our bill. Seemed to have plenty of staff just not good service.

    Delicious Beet Salad with chicken is our favorite. Tried the lentil soup was very tasty. Great service.

    Tortilla soup was good, but at $22 a bowl, it wasn't that good. The views at sunset are beautiful - that's what you're paying for. The service was great.

    Great service and food only begins to describe the lovely dinner we enjoyed at proof. The ribs were 2nd best I've ever eaten. (1st was Houstons). These ribs are "fork and knife" which means tender. Bravo to our waitress who made sure we were happy at every course. It has a rustic look that fits well with the menu. Thank you to Management and staff for the great surprise at table side for our anniversary.

    The view and location is very nice . The restaurant is nice as well . The service was great but the food was ok and below what we believe it shiuld have been . The pretzel knots were delicious but the wings were just too salty for our taste . The salad was ok , the wife had the dish snd nothing really to talk about beside bland the Carolina Pulled pork was ok but too wet for taste . The dessert was a beautiful cactus style smores with ice cream which was delicious . Overall small we felt yuu were getting for the price eas a nice sunset view
