   The place was jammed. We had reservations and were seated 20 minutes after our designated time. Normally we wouldn’t mind with a little communication and friendlier hostess staff. That is the only tiny complaint I have. Once seated our waitress was friendly, attentive, helpful, and fun. What more could we ask? With a room teeming with people and demands she handled everything expertly! The drinks were fabulous and the food cooked to everyone’s specifications and likes. We had a great time and everything was luscious! Thanks Prime for your consistency and expertise!

   Very expensive for the amount of food you get. I ordered the Oscar Medallions With lump crabmeat and béarnaise sauce. Steaks were way over cooked, ordered medium and got just about well done. Crab meat was little baby flakes, maybe a TBSP worth if that, and it was ice cold. Sent back and got another plate. Steaks were done right and got even less "lump" crabmeat than the first plate. Bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp were way over cooked also, almost like chewing leather. Salad bar was mediocre at best. Manager came over and said sorry about your steaks, new ones will be out shortly. Here's the dessert menu, I'll give you a free dessert and just walks off.... Very unprofessional. BUT our waitress was amazing. If it wasn't for her I would probably consider not going back.

   Great atmosphere and wonderful selection. The steak was cooked to perfection. Vegetables were perfect. We arrived at six, parking was available as well as our table. In short, no complaints.

   My first time at Prime Steak House and they sat us down right away. Service was prompt and everyone was courteous. Prices are reasonable (in my opinion). Atmosphere was alright. We ordered the prime rib medium rare. It was undercooked and the cut of meat, in my opinion wasn't great. It had decent flavor, but just frustrating fighting to cut through the fibers, etc. We called over the Mgr., and he offered us the rib eye. He also offered us complimentary salad bar. He was very interested in making us happy. The Ribeyes came out, where one was almost cooked to perfection, while the other was not seasoned all that well and over cooked. The garlic mashed potatoes were thin and needed cream to give it a better taste. Overall, a decent meal. The portions were good, too. Will I go back, maybe. At least management cared about us. But it was ashame that you still spend 35-40 bucks for a steak it better be darn good.

   Group of eight had a great time. The server was very good would go to again if I was in the area.

   While the food is good at Prime, the service is unpredictable. On our last two visits we waited approximately 10 minutes for a server to arrive at the table to greet us. And the timing between courses was WAY off - I was into my second forkful of salad when our entrees arrived. On our most recent visit, we had to flag down a manager to deliver our drinks and appetizers. We'll give it another try but honestly, three strikes and we're GONE
