   Great service, overall. Hostess was very welcoming and accommodating - Judy. Our friendly and very helpful server - C - was so helpful to all 8 guests and no request presented a challenge for him. The noise level was raised by our party! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and are grateful to all of the staff (front & back) for a wonderful outing. 😇 PS. I personally will come back just for the Champagne sauce

   Outstanding anniversary venue. Water views, outside Prime Island bar, outdoor or indoor seating. Great raw oysters, fantastic seafood. Best lobster I've had in over 10 years, wonderful seafood grill, delicious Steak Diane. Loved it!

   We had a wonderful first experience at Prime Catch! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, the hostess made sure we got the best table, our server Christian went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. He made great recommendations, was very attentive and brought everything out in a timely manner, yet didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We highly recommend!

   We had been coming to Prime Catch on a regular basis, but this last time the food was a little disappointing. The Asian salad contained Cilantro [which many people cannot eat - its a genetic issue], but the menu made no mention of it! The seafood platter wasn’t as generous as in the past. The shrimp which had been at least U12 in the past, were smaller, and the Lobster was over cooked.

   We took my mother in law for Mother’s Day - it’s her favorite place. I don’t feel the quality and service match the prices. We were early and even though there were many empty tables, including the one we were given, they insisted we wait which was inconsiderate to a 96 year old with a walker. Limited menu for Mothers Day, no whole lobsters, no getting the fish of my choice grilled instead of fried. Have to ask for bread, ask for water. $400 for 3 people and it was mediocre at best.

   We sat outside and My 5 year old daughter ordered a Shirley temple to drink. It was brought to her in a tall GLASS. it took about 2 minutes for her to drop the glass which spilled all over me and shattered on Mothers Day. The glass cut my hand so badly I bled through 2 bandaids (which we had to ask for) and 2 cloth napkins. Accident’s happen but I thought it was really unacceptable that no manager came over to ask if I was ok or to offer any assistance. Bottom line is a glass cup should never have been given to a child but the bigger issue for me was the way it was handled. I sat soaking wet and had to keep my hand wrapped in a napkin during my entire dinner. The server apologized and was very nice but I feel that a manager should have gotten involved as well.

   Great location on the water. Service was amazing as was the food. Highly recommend for a special occasion such as Mother’s Day.

   Our order was forgotten about. We waited close to an hour and decided to leave. Very surprised because we never ever have had service like that there. It was a prefixed menu so I’m not sure why it was so behind.

    Great place to celebrate Mother’s Day🌷We enjoyed clam chowder soup, calamari, French toast and omelette. The cappuccino was excellent!!! Our wonderful server, Tay added pleasure to our dining experience.
