    Food was excellent. Very creative menu. I had the Pork Chop and my Wife had the Chicken. Both dishes were presented perfectly. The blend of ingredients brought out a cascade of flavors, a different one with every bite. One of our best dining experiences this year. We highly recommend Posana to anyone visiting Asheville.

    Cool environment. Great bar. Food was excellent. We both got the fixed price menu, a great 3 course dinner for $45. Attentive amd.friendly service. All.around definitely a keeper.

    Our first time here and we weren’t disappointed. Lauren was or server and, along with help from our busser, made our experience great. To start things off, we had an espresso martini and a “Grow a Pear” smoked rye/pear concoction which were both delicious. We shared a chopped saladas well as the night’s special Posasana’s take on Lobster Thermidor. Exquisite!

    From walking into the door the experience was AMAZING. The host was so sweet and then our waitress was so great and knew what to recommend for us. We would come back in a heartbeat

    This has been my favorite restaurant for fine dining for quite some time now. Cocktails, salads, mains, desserts…. all of it perfect!!

    It took over an hour to get our food because the server put in our order wrong then as an apology the manager brought out a kale salad which my wife was allergic to. For a restaurant with a very limited selection of menu items this was doubly baffling. If you are in downtown Asheville there are many better options one or two doors down.
