One of our founding pillars at White Oaks is our belief in living a healthy, well balanced life. Through every facet of our business at White Oaks Resort & Spa we endeavour to improve human performance whether it involves your body, mind, or even your business and career. At PLAY Bar & Grill we had the opportunity to provide some classic dishes with a twist of healthy. You’ll see whole grains and whole wheat options as well as new ingredients that enhance old favourites and change them to healthier options. Our Play menu complements your efforts in the gym or on the court all in an urban environment that is interesting and family friendly. While we are serious about healthy living, and providing a healthy menu we’ve had fun putting PLAY together and we do realize that no matter what we put on the menu, there will be some that will still want their “fun food” and heaven forbid, white bread! Our server Heidi was fantastic. She was very friendly and checked in with us often to make sure everything was ok. The food was excellent. We will definitely dine there again.

It was not busy but service was very slow. The server was nice just really really slow. Had the falafel wrap. Had to send it back because it had something wrong and I couldn’t eat it. By the time I got a new one my dinner partner was done. I filled up on fries waiting. And could not really eat much of it. And still wasn’t really very good anyway. They did take my meal off the bill which I appreciate but it just was not a good experience and not likely to come back.

They received us with a champagne glass since it was our anniversary, the food was delicious and they also have no. Alcoholic drinks. The waitress was super nice and gave us some recommendation for what to pick on the menu.
