We loved the restaurant!! Everything was just wonderful . The food was, fabulous, the staff and ambiance were great too! We will make this a regular go to place !!

We waited almost 10 minutes after being seated before being offered water and bread, which then arrived promptly. After another 10 minutes, the waiter arrived to offer Giacomino’s promised “warm welcome “, which was“ I’ll take your order now”- almost his only words of the evening.We were not charmed. Calamari first course very well done. Special lentil salad good, although lentils hard to find in it. Pasta main courses: checca beautifully simple and excellent, carciofi with green tagliolini really good, surprisingly different from other carciofi pastas around town. Valet parking a mess- find a parking space nearby.

Hidden gem in Beverly Hills! 2 rooms to choose from. Main dining room is quieter and the bar room next door has a more energetic vibe - duh it is a bar! There are plenty of tables in the bar room and can be rented out for special events. I had scallopine pollo which is my fave!!! Staff is friendly and oh, there is plenty of outdoor seating! Best to make reservations!

We ate on the new side which has a fantastic retro design. Food fantastic, and the best part is you can hear everyone talk even though the place is packed!

Food and ambiance were terrific as usual. But, once I got home I had a rash all over my body. I called the restaurant the next day, to let them know that I was an allergic to something in their food! But, they didn't offer to do anything! And we're good customers.

For our taste, the food here is reliably better than at many restaurants charging significantly more; it's not cheap, but prices are fair. Piccolo serves possibly the most delicious tuna tartare in town, and the grilled branzino is perfection. Comfortable seating both indoors and out (the new room with bar is pretty) and an experienced, professional wait staff make Piccolo a rewarding choice for a relaxing night with friends.
