Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Cumberland

The acoustics in this restaurant are on point. Music playing and people seated throughout, you don’t need to yell at one another to have a conversation. Very nice atmosphere for dinner. Service was great (we had Shannon) she was on point as well as the other service staff. First time eating here and will be back. Also nice that Landsdowne has a tonne of parking.

We went for the special Valentine’s Day dinner, it was a 3 course meal. It was absolutely delicious! The steak was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the tuna tartare was so fresh. I would absolutely recommend this place for a date night! We will be coming back.

Wonderful experience here at Mati for our first visit. The ambience was cozy and staff was welcoming. We sat at the bar which was lively, we enjoyed chatting with the bartender who thoroughly went through the menu as it was our first time. We started with a few cocktails, and enjoyed our starters: the burata and the spicy rolls. For our mains, I had the ribeye and shoestring fries, my gf had the branzino with a side of Brussels sprouts and parm. The presentation and the quality was exceptional. They also accommodated my gf’s dietary restriction. Definitely will go back, and may bring some friends along to pass on the food and drink adventure!
