Best Mediterranean Restaurants in East Colfax

We were visiting from out of town and had a night in Denver before we went skiing. So happy we decided to try out Winderyard! We sat outside in their fun birdcage. The entire restaurant is absolute eye candy from their lights, to tea cup tables and butterflies. The food is amazing, we got the kale Cesar salad and pizza! The speciality cocktails are delicious and also so fun! Our sever Malcom was fantastic, friendly and provided great service.

The food was fantastic, we loved everything we ordered- Whipped ricotta and honey, meatballs, Chicken Limone, and the special seafood cannelloni. Wait staff were friendly and on top of cleaning the table after we were done. Absolutely delicious.

The menu had been updated since we last ate at Rioja, which was appreciated. We had old favorite appetizers (house salad and pork belly), but new pasta entrees. Tagliatelle with seafood was outstanding. Warm fig beignets were excellent finish. We love the bread selection that accompanies the meal. Service is top-notch. While certainly not a bargain, prices are typical for the level of food and service. Noise level was a bit high at the height of the dinner hour.

From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance is vibrant and stylish, with stunning rooftop views that make the experience even more special. The food was absolutely amazing! As for the price, it was reasonable for the quality and experience—definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!
