Best Latin American Spanish Restaurants in Upper West Side

Victors Café is to me by far the best restaurant in Times Square deliciousness

The Sugar Bar has a wonderful and open ambience. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, they are attentive to your needs, efficient without pompousness, and simply warm and welcoming. The food is excellent, and they are willing to accommodate some special requests, like leaving off the salt in cooking fish, for someone on a low-salt diet. The decor is both beautiful and fascinating and warrants attention. Bravo, Sugar Bar. One of my favorite eating spots in New York!

Food was excellent! Drag show was excellent! Drinks were alright! But it was bottomless so not a massive complaint. Service could have been a bit better seeing as there was only 5 tables in the restaurant at the time and I was often catching our server on their phone texting instead of checking on us

We chose this restaurant because it was close to radio City, music Hall and our hotel. I'm so glad we did because it was absolutely perfect. We had a reservation which you definitely need to make. The guacamole was so unbelievably delicious. I could have just eaten that alone. The vibe in there was so fun and upbeat. My birthday is in March and my friends let the wait staff know and they came over with this sparkler candle ringing a bell. They put this fun neon sign on your table and a hat and it's just a very fun touch. They also had a professional photographer. It was a Saturday and they gave us a complimentary card with our picture on it and we had the option of buying a few pictures which we ended up buying five of them. Just overall was a really good experience

Our waiter Fernando was the best we had a great service great food great drinks 10/10 definitely will come back again
