Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Midtown / Uptown

Ate at La Pizza and La Pasta on Bloor St at lunchtime. Very busy. Food and service were excellent. I would have appreciated more signs to direct us in and out, however the staff were great at helping us seniors find our way around.

We love this neighbourhood restaurant so much that we came to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary there and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious (as it always is), the service was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the intimate setting. So happy they are taking reservations now! We'll be back!

We came back to Good Son because our first time there was amazing and it’s safe to say the second time is just as incredible—maybe even better! We had the short ribs and the spicy rosé rigatoni this time, along with the steak tartare, the grilled shrimp lettuce cups and the tuna carpaccio and all of them were out of this world. The flavors were rich, bold, and just downright delicious!! The service, as always, was impeccable. Josh took such great care of us, and Jo, the manager, as always made sure everything was perfect, she is the sweetest and most attentive manager I have met! It’s clear this team genuinely cares about creating a great experience. Oh, and the drinks? Absolutely divine—seriously, some of the best cocktails around. Good Son has become a favorite, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!
