Best Romantic Restaurants in Downtown Brooklyn

Food was out of this world, ambiance stellar, and of course the experience was next level. On top of that, our waiter Joseph was OUTSTANDING. I’ve traveled the world for food and wine - this place, plus Joseph’s stewardship captaining the experience, was actually magical So, I’d recommend it :)

Nobu never disappoints. The creativity , quality are still Michelin quality. We did the tasting menu which I highly recommend. From the Toro tuna with caviar to the wygu beef in and amazing sauce each course was better than the next. Still my favorite for so many years!!

This was our first time to visit , and it will definitely not be the last. We were spoiled when we first entered …..:. Throughout the evening and until departure ….. 2 1/2 hours of an EXPERIENCE….. Steven the Sommelier was very knowledgeable and he had numerous recommendations for pairing with the food we selected and our bottle of wine we started with. …:: the pairing with desert blew us away …. Very fresh, delicious food. Recommend the scallops appetizer, set on a bed of mashed potatoes - melts in your mouth. Meatballs, any appetizer with eggplant. pear, radicchio and walnut salad makes you forget it's winter. The lamb chops are extraordinary and of a quality only a restaurant can get. Black cod Livorno - luscious!! Palma's pastry chef is exceptional - you can taste the actual ingredients without being overwhelmed by the sugar. Attentive, but not intrusive, staff. Charming, romantic setting, with fresh flowers everywhere!!

Raf's is such a gem! The food, service and ambience are the best of the best! I always love eating here!
