Forged from the fires of Covington, Ky. Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     Everything from check in to the food/ drinks and service was excellent! There was a slight wait for our table but it was just short enough to order a drink from the bar and our table was ready. It was really busy since it was Thanksgiving but our server came over within just a few minutes of being seated. We had a great experience and really enjoyed Coppin’s. .

    Dined here for the first time on my birthday and couldn’t recommend enough. We had a great experience and everything was delicious! Highly recommend the arancini. We also ordered the bread service which is focaccia and whipped ricotta. I had the chicken parmesan and my husband ordered the pork chop milanese. I will forever dream of this chicken parmesan! So cheesy, crispy, and flavorful! My espresso martini was very sweet but I liked it as it was my desert. My husband loved the affogato. We will be back!

    Great food, beautiful ambiance. The dirty martini was the best martini I’ve had in NKY. It was cold so the rooftop wasn’t open but they let you outside to look and take in the fantastical view.
