The staff are amazing and attentive and the way they work together with the chefs to make your meal fit your pace is amazing. Now on to the important, the food, the food is amazing and displayed Japanese cuisine beautifully. The stand outs from my meal were the Sushi course, Alaskan Black Cod, Wagyu Tenderloin, and the Mie Samara Mackerel Sashimi.
