Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Caledonia

Enjoyed a lovely lunch catching up with a friend. Our start time was 1:30 PM so lunch was in full swing and it was a bit noisy until some patrons finished their meal and departed. we were very leisurely about ordering in the server was patient without rushing us. We stayed until 4:30 PM. 

Great dining experience! We started off with the tartine (excellent), followed by the squid (lightly breaded, tender, delicious) and the veal sweatbreads (very good, a little heavy on the breading for my taste). Next up: the mushrooms and polenta (great) and, finally, the spinach with beef tongue (great dish!). Dessert was the poached pear (poached to perfection). The service was excellent, the noise-level, on the other hand, a little high. The bill came to close to $100 per person (only one glass of wine between the two of us), which is what you have to expect to pay for this sort of quality nowadays.

The food was absolutely incredible and worth every penny, highly recommend the honey and Rosemary crem brulee! My husband and I celebrated our birthdays and would enjoy the food again in a heartbeat.

I had booked a client lunch at the Cambridge Mill based on a recommendation. It as the first time I had been there. It exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere, food and service were all exceptional! I will definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant

This is a great lovely place to go to a date, or just to grab some drinks or get some dinner, all the staff and crew are so polite and friendly, the food its on another level, my gf and i went here for a especial occasion and the director of this restaurant helped me to make this time an unforgettable one. Of course we will be here more often!
