Phil was an excellent server. He explained the specials and was very patient when we asked questions. All the staff were very courteous. The food pairings were great. 2nd time there and I will be back. The only issue it was a little chilly each time I came in.

This was my friend's first visit to Copper Canyon and he was impressed with the whole vibe. He enjoyed the food and drinks. It was not crowded and our server Lisa was exceptional. Definitely will get backed.

Waitress was just lovely and very pleasant and accommodating. Food was yummy. Maitre d was a bit standoff ish. I was standing there whilst he seated someone else…but never acknowledged me. That seemed somewhat rude. He could’ve said ….il be right back to assist you…. Nonetheless we’ve eaten here before and will be back.
