Best Seafood Restaurants in Swarthmore

From the moment we walked in and they held the door open for us to quickly being greeted and sat at our reserved table it was wonderful. The appetizers were tasty. We had the Estia chips, octopus, and the beets. Our meals were served hot and in a timely fashion. We had the lamb chops, the sea bass, and the chicken dish. Everything was done well and they gave us the necessary attention without being overbearing. All of the food was tasty and no need to add anything to enhance the flavors. It is fine dining and the price reflects that but it is worth the splurge.

Late lunch after the Eagles Superbowl Parade. Very glad we had reservations considering the huge number of people in Center City. Despite being slammed, the Gran Caffe seated us promptly and the food came in a timely manner. Well done!! Great to be welcomed by Manager Cara and to receive such great service from Mimmo. Roberta was also great as part of the server team. Really fun!! We will be back!

Made a reservation for the Eagles parade and the manager/servers went above and beyond to make sure we got our table on time. We loved the food, atmosphere and drinks!

Had a great meal last night. Erica gave outstanding advice about the oysters and appetizers. The cocktail ist was innovative and very exciting. 3 us all had different cocktail choices that tasted very nicely. The food came quickly and was fantastic. Wine selection was very good (the wine list was not too long; just right) and we ended up with a great French white wine that went along very well with our mostly fish dishes. Had not been to this restaurant for a long time but this meal made us realize that we should come here at least once per year.
