For our entree we went with the Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye special, which was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. The flavor was out of this world. The creamed spinach and roasted garlic mashed potatoes complimented the steak well. The chairs are odd for a restaurant of this caliber (I understand that the room I was seated in may be different in some seasons but in the winter I don’t expect to sit on a lawn chair). The price fix was reasonable. Steaks were good. Bread was excellent. The waiters remembered to make a birthday wish with candle and song. Whiskey is very expensive. Caesar salad dressing tasted bottled. The manager, Cliff, was attentive and really cares to see the dining experience is maintained. The portion was plentiful and although a little pricey he said it was definitely worth it.
