Our server was lovely but there seemed to be a lag between courses which likely was a kitchen issue? Portions were small. Stopped somewhere afterwards so my partner could have a snack. The servers took such great care of us. Came by the table and offered to refill our tea pots numerous times. Food was very good and freshly prepared. Looking forward to returning. I couldn't believe how uncrowded it was. If you like quiet, uncrowded elegance and delicious food this is a go-to. The Amaya is a beautiful restaurant. My only critique is that the lighting could have been just a little dimmer to enhance the romantic feel of the restaurant. Otherwise I love everything about this hotel.
