- RRaymondChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI recently dined at Pizza Portofino, and I was beyond impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, with every bite bursting with fresh, authentic flavors. The pizza had the perfect balance of a crisp crust, rich sauce, and high-quality toppings. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were amazing! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick. Our food arrived much faster than expected, and the service was seamless throughout the meal. If you’re looking for a great dining experience with fantastic food and top-notch service, Pizza Portofino is the place to go!More infoPizzeria PortofinoPrice: Expensive• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.8
- EElizabethChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe whole experience exceeded our expectations. Joshua, our server, was phenomenal and had great recommendations. The grilled broccolini salad was mind-blowing! The atmosphere within the restaurant was personal and warm. It was not too loud or too quiet. Every table has a gorgeous view of the city and river. Definitely a splurge experience, but so worth it.More infoGibsons ItaliaPrice: Expensive• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.8
- LLVIPChicago / Illinois •64 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFood was excellent. We got a table overlooking the river which I think was actually the best table in the house. The food was fresh and delicious and our server was outstanding along with the rest of the front of house staff. Will definitely be back.More infoRPM SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• River North (Chicago)•4.7
- NNicoleVIPLondon •24 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhat a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful place and although rather spacious it is calm and relaxed and not noisy at all. The service was attentive without being too much and truly friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing: Steaks cooked to perfection, truffle fries to die for, delicious Tuna tatare as a starter and a lovely bottle of Littorai One Acre. We cannot praise this place highly enough. It truly is outstanding.More infoRPM SteakPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• River North (Chicago)•4.7
- LLesleyChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe love Bar Mar and can always count on an exceptional experience. Firstly, it’s beautiful in the restaurant, and there’s not a bad seat in the place. It’s bright, airy, luxurious and so well-designed with intricate and dazzling fixtures. Everything we’ve ever ordered has been delicious, and it’s always played so beautifully. During this visit, we ordered the burger and lobster roll (and split them since they’re both so good). Both were seasoned well and the burger had element such as peppers that provided it with an elevated and different flavor that was so savory and delicious. The lobster roll was well seasoned and cooked to perfection - very tender. Last but certainly not least, the service here is always outstanding. Our server Jefferson was so welcoming, kind and prompt. Jefferson made my sister’s birthday very special! We were surprised with some hamachi cones and key lime pie thanks- both of which were out-of-this-world delicious, and we will be ordering those when we return! Best key lime pie we have ever had! Thank you so much to Jefferson for making our day!More infoBar MarPrice: Expensive• Spanish• River North (Chicago)•4.6
