The only true complaint I have about Morton’s is their marked up wine prices. We bought a bottle of wine for 50 dollars but upon looking it up, the same bottle is only 10-13 dollars as your retail stores. I’m pretty sure you can bring your own wine and champagne with a preapproval from the restaurant- That is what I recommend. Crab cake app was good, steaks and lobster tails were the best we’ve had in a long time! To end the dinner they brought out a toasted s’mores dessert for my husband’s birthday! Seating was very fast for my reservation which was at 7:45pm. The waiter was very polite and took our order when we were ready. When the good arrived I had things on my plate that I didn’t like and never tried before. Filet mignon, mashed potatoes, lobster tail and asparagus.. My ribeye could have been more tender. We ate at a bar table and found the ambience to be very enjoyable. Finally service was impeccable. I had the cashew crusted chicken breasts with fresh green beans and a wonderful house salad, with dried cranberries, goat cheese and sliced almonds on a bed of mixed greens. It all was delicious! The green beans were cooked to perfection and the chicken was so tender! My husband had a seafood medley and our guests had walleye and a grilled chicken salad.
