This was our Valentine celebration Dinner. What a wonderful dinner was!! We had their planned 3 Course meal and it was prepared to perfection. Each course was a delight as the wonderful flavors exploded in our mouths as we ate. The staff was attentive and polite. The assistant manager also visited our table to ask us if we were having a pleasant dining experience. We WILL be returning for another dining experience at the Cabernet Steakhouse. We were seated at a cozy table. The waiter was very attentive and on the ball. We ordered the calamari appetizer which was nice and crispy. My wife had the airline chicken which she loved. Moist, tender and the veggies accompanying it were delicious. She said it was the best restaurant chicken she ever had. I had the lobster and shrimp pasta over their homemade spaghetti which did not skimp on shell fish. A very good value for both dishes. We finished the meal with a rum cake desert which was not overly sweet; just the way it should be. We were looking forward to the branzino but with it being a special Valentines menu we will have to come back to that. ' This time, my steak was cooked medium well rather than my requested medium. The server offered to cook another but I told her it was fine and I would not want to waste the one I had so I declined.
