Best Romantic Restaurants in Brookline

Everything was perfectly good except there’s only two servers working on that day, and it was really busy so the service is pretty slow and really struggled to get server’s attention. However it’s totally understandable, the servers are super nice too! Just if there would be more servers working that night the experience would be better. Overall reasonable price, delicious food and beautiful environment!

Lunch today was a positive experience from being greeted at the welcoming station through the meal. Alberto Petricca is a great host and Allejandro as always is friendly and very reliable and attentive. The food was fine and the ambiance on the second floor is above the average -very lovely, quiet but not without vitality. It was a business lunch and by placing us in a corner table, they were sensitive for the need for some privacy. The price was appropriate. I'll go back for either business or pleasure.

The food was incredible; delicious, fresh, and homemade. Tastefully small menu with a good number of specials that are not on the menu. I was one of 4 tables seated. The entire place looks to only have 14 or so tables that aren’t too close together, so it’s nice and quiet! Highly recommend for an occasion.

Highly recommend! Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 7 and everyone in our group loved the restaurant. The food, ambiance, music, and staff were all great. Nice big windows too so it feels spacious for a North End restaurant. We ordered calamari, meatballs (2 people said best meatballs they’ve ever had), caprese, chicken parm, veal milanese, and lasagna. All extremely good. Will be back!

What a hidden gem! My evening was nothing short of magical. I started with their mozzarella, turkey bacon, and mushroom flatbread, which honestly had me wondering how a flatbread could taste this luxurious – the house-made mozzarella was perfectly melted over crispy turkey bacon, and the blend of roasted mushrooms added such rich, earthy flavors. For my main course, I was torn between the rack of lamb and the lobster ravioli, so my partner and I decided to share both (best decision ever!). The lamb was cooked to perfection, medium-rare with a beautifully seasoned crust, while the lobster ravioli in saffron cream sauce was pure indulgence – you could taste the freshness of the seafood in every bite, and that saffron cream sauce was liquid gold. What really stood out besides the incredible food was how warm yet unobtrusive the service was; our server seemed to appear exactly when we needed something, then fade away to let us enjoy our evening.
